VP of Operations

Position Overview

The VP of Operations holds overall responsibility for the company's operational management and the development of its operational systems. They oversee the company's overall operational strategy, organizational management, process optimization, resource allocation, operational efficiency, and performance management.

This role is responsible for driving efficient collaboration across business units and functional departments, establishing standardized, digital, and sustainable operational management systems, and continuously optimizing operational processes and resource allocation efficiency. The VP of Operations aims to reduce costs, enhance organizational execution and business quality, and provide stable, efficient operational support for the company's ongoing domestic and international business development.

Core Responsibilities

I. Operational Strategy and System Development

Formulate and implement the company's medium- to long-term operational strategies and annual operational plans;

Establish and refine the company's overall operational management systems and mechanisms;

Drive the translation of strategic goals into concrete operational plans and execution metrics;

Continuously optimize organizational structure, operational models, and management processes;

Establish standardized, regulated, and replicable operational management systems;

Ensure the stable, efficient, and orderly operation of all business units and functional departments.

II. Operational Process and Efficiency Optimization

Establish and continuously optimize standardized operational processes and management policies;

Optimize operational areas such as procurement, supply chain, production, inventory, sales support, customer service, and internal management;

Identify efficiency bottlenecks, resource waste, and management issues within operational processes, and formulate improvement plans;

Drive the digitalization, automation, and refined management of business processes;

Establish continuous improvement mechanisms to constantly enhance overall operational efficiency and organizational execution capabilities.

III. Organizational Collaboration and Operational Management

Coordinate across sales, marketing, product, procurement, supply chain, production, finance, human resources, and other functional departments;

Establish efficient mechanisms for cross-departmental communication, collaboration, and decision-making;

Ensure that the operational goals of all departments align with the company's overall strategy;

Drive the efficient execution of key operational projects and core business plans;

Promptly identify and resolve issues related to organizational collaboration, resource allocation, and execution arising during operations;

Enhance the organization's overall collaborative efficiency and management standards. IV. Operational Performance and Cost Management

Establish an operational performance management system and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);

Regularly analyze operational data, business metrics, and departmental performance;

Implement mechanisms for monitoring and analyzing operational data to provide decision-making support to management;

Continuously optimize the allocation of resources, including human capital, funds, equipment, inventory, and the supply chain;

Control operational costs and improve resource utilization efficiency;

Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, profitability, and overall business quality.

V. Supply Chain and Resource Operations Management

Optimize supply chain operations and supplier management mechanisms;

Enhance coordination efficiency across procurement, production, inventory, and logistics;

Establish mechanisms for supply chain risk identification, monitoring, and emergency management;

Optimize inventory turnover and resource allocation efficiency;

Drive continuous optimization of supplier, production, and logistics systems;

Ensure core operational resources are stable, efficient, and capable of sustainable expansion.

VI. International Operations and Business Support

Establish operational management models suited to international market development;

Support the development of operational systems for both domestic and overseas business;

Promote alignment of operational standards, processes, and management mechanisms across different markets;

Align organizational structure, personnel, and resource allocation with business expansion needs;

Develop replicable and scalable international operational models;

Provide operational support for new markets, new business lines, and key projects to ensure successful implementation.

VII. Risk and Compliance Management

Identify and assess potential risks in company operations;

Establish mechanisms for operational risk early warning, monitoring, and emergency management;

Refine internal controls and operational management policies;

Ensure operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal management requirements;

Strengthen risk management in areas such as supply chain, production, finance, data, and business operations;

Safeguard the continuous, stable, and healthy development of the business. Qualifications

20–25+ years of experience in operations management, corporate management, or related fields;

8+ years of experience in senior management roles (e.g., Director, Vice President, or equivalent);

Comprehensive operations management experience within large enterprises, multinational corporations, or high-growth companies;

Familiarity with operations management systems, process management, supply chain management, cost management, and performance management;

Experience in the jewelry, luxury goods, retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods sectors is preferred;

Experience in international operations, cross-border business, or global supply chain management is preferred;

Excellent capabilities in strategic planning, organizational management, and cross-departmental collaboration;

Strong skills in data analysis, operational decision-making, problem-solving, and risk management;

Strong leadership, execution, and organizational drive to successfully implement complex operational projects.

Pay: $26.46 - $31.86 per hour
