We are seeking a reliable, customer-oriented Full-Time Parts Driver to join our team, support our commercial accounts, and maintain our inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Delivery:
- Timely Deliveries: Safely transport automotive parts to local commercial customers using navigation tools and delivery tracking systems.
- Account Support: Collect payments on daily credit accounts, collect product returns/cores with accurate documentation, and drop off monthly sales flyers.
- Brand Ambassador: Build strong, friendly relationships with our commercial clients as the face of Radley Chevrolet.
Store Operations & Inventory:
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, stage, and verify parts orders accurately before delivery routes.
- Stocking & Organization: Assist with unloading stock trucks, staging back-stock, and maintaining inventory tracking systems.
- Facility Upkeep: Help keep the store, warehouse, and customer areas clean, safe, and professional (including floor maintenance, shelf organization, and parking lot sweeps).
What We're Looking For
- Driver Requirements: Must hold a valid driver’s license with a consistently clean driving record and strong local navigation skills.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written English communication skills to interact effectively with team members and commercial clients.
- Basic Math: Comfortable handling basic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for payment collection and order counts.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekend shifts as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Bonus Points (Preferred, Not Required):
- Prior experience with automotive parts or dealership operations.
- Experience operating warehouse inventory tracking tools.
Physical Requirements & Environment
- Active Role: Position involves regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Lifting: Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally move up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Environment: Primarily indoors (warehouse, parts store, delivery vehicle) with occasional outdoor exposure for loading/unloading and quick customer assistance in varying weather conditions.
