To provide direct observation and patient care of the assigned patient and assure a safe environment for the care of the assigned patient under the direction of the RN, Nursing Supervisor/Manager while providing superior patient care and customer service to patients, patient families, physicians, and all hospital staff.
What we will do in this role:
- Observe patient behaviors, communications and physical or behavioral changes to the care team while providing a safe environment
- Appropriately responds to patient aggression or violence where appropriate.

- Achieving professional goals set during previous evaluation period
