The RM Virtual position manages a large book of business (400+ clients) in the $2-10MM segment. The objective is to maintain and grow the book of business. The role involves significant outbound calling, identifying business needs, and driving new opportunities within assigned relationships. Success requires the ability to sell effectively in a virtual environment, leverage technology quickly, and stay highly organized given the volume and pace. Candidates should be comfortable working with large sets of metrics, maintaining accountability, and operating in a monitored environment due to the role’s structure. Books of business are typically on one time zone but may not be territory‑concentrated. Analyzing business tax returns and structuring small business loans are a plus. While titled “virtual,” the role is remote.
