Job Summary: The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a member of the executive leadership team and leads reputed company’s people strategy during a period of rapid growth, increasing regulatory scrutiny, and organizational transition from R&D to operational readiness. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CHRO partners closely with the executive team, Board of Directors, and Legal and Finance leadership to ensure the company has the workforce, governance, and systems needed to scale safely and effectively as a newly public company. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with accountability for executive-level people strategy as well as operational execution. The CHRO will play a critical role in supporting technical hiring, site-based operations, public company governance, employment law compliance, and the reinforcement of a strong safety culture aligned with nuclear industry expectations.
