The role connects regional and functional teams to improve commercial processes, operating models, technology adoption, and cross-functional ways of working—ensuring investments such as Project Bridge, Digital/AI, Project Genesis, and integration initiatives deliver measurable customer and productivity outcomes.<br><br><strong>Key Accountabilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Translate the strategic plan and Commercial Leadership Team priorities into an integrated commercial transformation roadmap, annual plan, milestones, resource priorities, and cross-workstream dependencies.</li><li>Provide commercial planning leadership for Project Bridge and Digital/AI initiatives, ensuring business requirements, customer/partner needs, adoption plans, expected value, milestones, dependencies, and risks are clearly defined and tracked.</li><li>Define and improve end-to-end commercial processes, tools, governance, and standard work that increase effectiveness, productivity, and customer experience.</li><li>Lead planning and governance for priority cross-functional commercial transformation initiatives, including dependencies, risks, decisions, and benefit realization.</li><li>Support commercial integration planning for RUCKUS Networks, particularly customer service/success, commercial business systems, and other assigned workstreams.</li><li>Partner across the Commercial Transformation team to identify overlapping or duplicative Digital/AI tools and investments; surface rationalization needs and recommendations for decision.</li><li>Partner with regional Commercial Operations and Customer Service leaders to build scalable solutions within owned workstreams; provide subject-matter expertise to other Commercial Transformation workstreams when commercial planning, process, governance, or execution expertise is needed.</li><li>Work with Digital/IT and Project Bridge teams to translate commercial needs into requirements, sequencing, adoption, and value realization.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Finance, and People on process changes, capability needs, communications, and change management.</li><li>Coordinate with integration leaders to align commercial transformation work with RUCKUS integration milestones and dependencies.</li><li>Partner with Finance to establish baselines and quantify productivity, cost, growth, and customer benefits.</li><li>Maintain visibility to dependencies, milestones, risks, and decisions across the broader transformation roadmap, including RUCKUS commercial integration.</li><li>Hold workstream leaders accountable for defining the data quality, governance, and reporting requirements needed within their respective initiatives.<br><br></li></ul><strong>CORE DELIVERABLES<br><br></strong><ul><li>Integrated commercial transformation roadmap and annual execution plan.</li><li>Portfolio governance, prioritization, and operating cadence for commercial transformation initiatives.</li><li>Commercial requirements and adoption approach for Project Bridge and Digital/AI initiatives.</li><li>Design framework and implementation plan for the consistent regional Customer Service operating model.</li><li>Commercial process improvement pipeline, standards, and benefit tracking.</li><li>Commercial planning and governance for assigned RUCKUS integration workstreams.</li><li>Integrated planning and dependency tracking for Project Bridge, Digital/AI, and other major commercial transformation priorities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Guardrails / What This Role Should Prevent<br><br></strong><ul><li>Initiatives entering the transformation portfolio without a clear business outcome, accountable owner, scope, and success measures.</li><li>Commercial process or operating-model changes that create unnecessary regional fragmentation or conflict with agreed enterprise standards.</li><li>Technology deployments represented as commercially ready without defined business requirements, adoption plans, and value measures.<br><br></li></ul><strong>MEASURES OF SUCCESS<br><br></strong><ul><li>Delivery of commercial transformation roadmap milestones and strategic priorities.</li><li>Adoption and realized value of Project Bridge and Digital/AI commercial capabilities.</li><li>Implementation progress and consistency of the regional Customer Service operating model.</li><li>Measured productivity and effectiveness improvement from commercial process/tool changes.</li><li>Delivery against agreed internal performance targets and relevant external benchmarks for assigned workstreams.</li><li>Stakeholder confidence in transformation governance, prioritization, and execution.</li><li>Sustained adoption of new cross-functional ways of working.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Let’s Create Possibilities Together.<br><br></strong>Join a global community shaping the future of intelligent connectivity.
