In this role, you'll be the frontline voice of our brand, connecting with customers (whom we call "Athletes") and ensuring they receive the world-class support they deserve throughout their entire shopping journey.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries and issues. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Product Inquiry Support: Assist Athletes with questions about our extensive product catalog, including specifications, availability, sizing, and product recommendations tailored to their needs.
  • Order Management: Help Athletes place new orders, check existing order status, track shipments, and make modifications to pending orders when possible.
  • Returns and Replacements: Process return requests, initiate product replacements, and guide Athletes through our return policies with empathy and efficiency.
  • Gift Card & Loyalty Program Support: Handle gift card inquiries, balance checks, and ScoreCard (loyalty program) issues, ensuring Athletes maximize their benefits.
  • First Call Resolution: Strive to resolve issues on the first contact by taking ownership of each Athlete's concern, demonstrating genuine empathy, and keeping them informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Tier II Escalation Handling: Manage escalated calls and transfers from Tier I support, demonstrating advanced problem-solving skills and deeper product knowledge.
  • Issue Research & Troubleshooting: Investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions while documenting all relevant information accurately.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with individual store locations and internal business partners to provide comprehensive support and reach satisfactory resolutions for escalated Athlete issues.
  • Back-Office Operations: Execute various administrative tasks associated with inbound inquiries, including accurate logging, tracking, and documentation of all incident information in our CRM system.
  • Weekend Availability: Work one weekend day as part of your scheduled shift rotation to ensure continuous support for our Athletes.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related experience (preferably in a retail environment) is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to type at least 25 words per reputed company with high accuracy.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work weekend days and holidays as part of the rotating schedule.
