We seek to increase efficiency and profitability by analyzing financial and operational results/plans to better understand business performance and communicate it to senior management.<br><br>We are seeking a Finance Manager to support planning cycles and strategic projects. This role supports the senior leadership team within Amazon grocery business and will own delivering key planning reports, leading periodic reviews, providing valuable insight for decision-making, and recommending cost-saving opportunities. The role also offers the opportunity to think creatively about how we work—automating and standardizing processes, building solutions that leverage AI, and partnering with tech teams to enhance our reporting tools and data infrastructure.<br><br>This role partners regularly with a broad range of finance and business leaders across our organization, often at some of the most senior levels within the company. The leader must be effective at working through teams to consolidate and articulate the overall drivers of current and future performance as well as providing timely and accurate insight to Amazon senior leadership.
