Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift
<p>Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance team at our Russellville, Arkansas manufacturing facility. You will oversee maintenance operations and associated equipment while driving equipment reliability, plant safety, and operational performance. You will maintain preventive maintenance programs, support continuous improvement initiatives, and prioritize maintenance and capital projects to help achieve plant uptime, quality, and cost objectives.
