Working closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors, you'll help deliver scalable, compliant, and measurable solutions that support business growth and enhance the customer experience.

Marketing Technology Strategy & Management

  • Own the marketing technology roadmap and ecosystem to support Partnerships, Email, SMS, Paid Digital Channels including Paid Search, Display, OTT, Audio, Paid Social, Direct Mail, and any future expansion channels.
  • Serve as the primary owner of our enterprise ESP (Braze) - managing data inflows and outflows, CDP integration with Segment, and unsubscribe governance to ensure a best-in-class orchestration.
  • Function as our end-to-end Ad Operations team - setting up event pass back to paid ad platforms via platforms including Segment and Google Tag Manager, installing and configuring tracking pixels.
  • Develop scalable audience frameworks and activation strategies that enable personalized customer experience across all channels. This includes identifying activation and suppression criteria and validating data accuracy.
  • Evaluate existing technology platforms and integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing process efficiency, measurement, personalization, and automation.
  • Maintain governance and documentation for marketing technology systems and processes.

Tracking, Analytics & Measurement

  • Own digital event tracking architecture and implementation including but not limited to UTM parameters and marketing tags.
  • Ensure accurate collection of customer, campaign, and conversion data across website, online application and marketing channels.
  • Partner with teams to support reporting, attribution, experimentation, and forecasting initiatives across Marketing, Product and Finance.
  • Establish monitoring and validation processes to ensure tracking integrity.

Platform Administration & Integrations

  • Manage integrations between marketing advertising platforms, analytics tools like Amplitude, and customer data platform Segment.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to define business requirements and implementation priorities.
  • Support platform migrations, new technology implementations, and system enhancements.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and technical support escalations.

Marketing Operations & Enablement

  • Support campaign execution through marketing automation and audience management platforms.
  • Enable lifecycle marketing initiatives through customer segmentation and data activation.
  • Develop scalable workflows and automation to improve team productivity.
  • Ensure technology solutions effectively support acquisition, lifecycle, retention, and partner marketing programs.

Data Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure marketing technology practices align with privacy, legal, compliance, and security requirements.
  • Maintain data governance standards and documentation.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security teams on implementation reviews and risk assessments.
  • Support audit and business continuity requirements as needed.

Incident Management & Quality Assurance

  • Develop quality assurance processes for tag management, UTM parameters and marketing technology deployments.
  • Lead investigation and resolution of tracking, attribution, and platform incidents.
  • Establish post-implementation testing and monitoring standards.
  • Document root cause analyses and preventative action plans.

The Experience You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience governing enterprise ESPs and CDPs (Braze experience is a major plus), managing data inflows and outflows, and maintaining data hygiene.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience owning Ad Operations execution, including setting up pixel configurations, server-side tracking, and targeting parameters across a variety of channels (Search, Social, Display, OTT, etc). Exposure to AI/ML-driven marketing tools and personalization engines.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments in a marketing analytics, marketing channel management or ad operations role.
  • Familiarity working with modern data stack (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Hex , Segment).
  • Vendor management and MarTech roadmap ownership experience.
  • Advanced reporting using BI tools (Looker, Hex)

Preferred:

  • Experience with Braze Liquid logic, Connected Content, and complex canvas/journey orchestration.

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?
