Real Estate Assistant - Sales, Marketing & Transactions

Location: Pasadena / San Gabriel Valley
Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week to start with

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Real Estate Assistant to support our growing real estate team.

This is a hands-on position that combines real estate transaction support, marketing, administrative work, and occasional property-related tasks.

It is a great opportunity for someone interested in real estate, marketing, business, or entrepreneurship who wants to learn and gain practical experience.

What You May Help With

  • Real estate transaction and administrative support
  • Organizing files, documents, and follow-up items
  • Assisting with listings and open houses
  • Creating simple Canva flyers and social media content
  • Helping with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other marketing
  • Taking photos or videos at properties
  • Meeting photographers, vendors, or inspectors at properties
  • Picking up or dropping off keys, signs, documents, or supplies
  • Checking properties and providing updates
  • Occasional property management or office errands
  • Updating CRM, spreadsheets, and internal systems

You do not need experience in all of these areas. We are willing to train the right person.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Real estate, administrative, marketing, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
  • Experience with Canva or social media is a plus
  • Real estate license is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus

College students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
