Remote Call Center Representative
We are looking for people with a passion for helping others who are naturally empathetic and determined to deliver a comprehensive solution to these healthcare-related calls. In this position, you assist customers with questions, inquiries, and issues related to their healthcare coverage. Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients' success.
The pay rate is $16.00 an hour which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.
Hours of Operation Monday-Sunday 8:00AM - 10:00PM EST. Must have the flexibility to work anytime during these hours, including weekends & holidays.
Training Duration: 7 Weeks in a classroom and 2 weeks Nesting in a supportive environment.

Paid time off is accrued after 180 days (about 6 months) of employment.
Successfully manage 30-40 systems and 25-40 calls per day.
Responsibilities for Remote Call Center Representative:
Manage a steady, high volume of incoming calls from customers.
Computer navigation experience is necessary.
You will navigate multiple computer systems at a time while speaking with customers and solving issues by phone.
You must be at your desk for the duration of your shift (other than scheduled breaks and lunch).
Receive back-to-back calls in a fast-paced environment for your shift.

Verify coverage, copays, and coinsurances for medications. Provide members with alternative medications, if needed.
