Core Responsibilities

As a member of the arenaflex chat support team, you will be entrusted with a variety of tasks that ensure customers receive prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance.

  • Respond to inbound chat inquiries on client websites, social media platforms (e.g., reputed company Messenger, reputed company Direct), and dedicated support portals.
  • Provide clear, step‑by‑step guidance on product usage, navigation, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and resolve common technical issues, escalating complex cases to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of each interaction in the client’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and follow‑up continuity.
  • Follow scripted workflows and knowledge‑base articles while also exercising judgment to personalize responses.
  • Assist with sales‑related questions, such as product features, pricing, and availability, helping to convert prospects into customers.
  • Monitor chat queues, prioritize high‑urgency tickets, and meet established service‑level agreements (SLAs).
