About the Role

As a Regional Sales Representative in our Automotive Dismantled Parts Division, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market reach across assigned territories. You’ll work with auto repair shops, dealerships, distributors, and end customers who rely on dismantled automotive parts for affordability, sustainability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage strong relationships with automotive clients, including dealerships, repair shops, and aftermarket distributors.

Promote dismantled and recycled auto parts as a cost-effective and eco-friendly solution.

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct regular outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to expand market presence.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Provide market feedback to management for strategy adjustments.

Attend virtual training and industry webinars to stay up to date with automotive recycling trends.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management.

Knowledge of the automotive parts, dismantling, or recycling industry.
