  • Review remote visual inspection footage
  • Analyse inspection evidence across components and weldments
  • Resolve conflicting or incomplete inspection information
  • Apply expert judgement to unusual or borderline conditions

  • Familiarity with API 1104 and AWS D1.1 is highly valuable
  • Experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, or power-sector environments
  • Strong ability to make defensible code-based accept/reject decisions
  • Exceptional written and verbal technical communication skills
  • Experience interpreting thermography or remote visual inspection data is advantageous
  • Ability to work objectively and independently in a remote environment

Engagement Details

  • Independent contractor engagement
  • Fully remote
  • U.S.-based professionals are preferred
  • Compensation: $70–$110/hour
  • Work will involve RT, UT/PAUT, MT, PT, weld evaluation, and code-based inspection analysis
