  • Work with legal on terms, insurance certificates, and contract exceptions

  • Track win/loss outcomes and debrief losses to improve messaging and address recurring gaps
  • Improve templates, style guides, and reusable content
  • Recommend process changes as bid volume grows
  • Independently own intake-to-submission for standard RFPs and escalate complex or unusually large bids
  • Build relationships with sales, product, and operations stakeholders

  • Very strong writing, editing, and synthesis skills; able to translate technical/operational detail into clear, persuasive narrative
  • Experience or clear aptitude coordinating input from sales, legal, finance, and operations stakeholders
  • Comfort with public-sector or K-12 procurement processes a plus, including RFP portals, compliance requirements, and scoring rubrics
  • APMP certification or interest in pursuing one a plus, not required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • AI Enthusiast

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...
