Salesforce Developer - Remote

The Senior Salesforce Developer designs, develops, and implements complex Salesforce solutions to support public sector and DoD environments. This role leads technical design, builds scalable Apex and Lightning-based solutions, integrates Salesforce with enterprise systems, and supports the full software development lifecycle. The Senior Developer mentors junior staff, reduces technical debt through best practices, and ensures high-quality, secure, and performant Salesforce implementations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior Salesforce Developer: $120,000 - $140,000
- Pay commensurate with experience.

Senior Salesforce Developer Responsibilities Include:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and other code-based Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Know how to use Flow for complex requirements, with the ability to bridge out to code as necessary.
- Develop efficient and scalable code following best practices and industry standards.
- Develop Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages to meet business requirements.

- Familiarity with front-end web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and technologies, including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and design efficient solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are required.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is desirable.
- Experience focusing on development projects using DevOps, Salesforce configuration, and/or Apex programming language.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must possess an active Tier 2 Public Trust Clearance

- Shall have experience with full-stack engineering (defined as proficient in database development/integration), including three (3) years experience deploying Salesforce production enterprise applications.
