Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Remote Pharmacy Technician to join our arenaflex team. In this full‑time role, you will serve as the reputed company of our remote pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate data entry, seamless claims processing, and exceptional patient outreach—all while adhering to state and federal regulations. Your work will directly impact patient safety, pharmacy profitability, and the overall reputation of arenaflex as a trusted healthcare partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Prescription Management: Receive, verify, and input new written or electronic prescriptions into arenaflex’s pharmacy software platform. Confirm patient demographics, medication reputed company, prescriber information, and billing data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Claims Processing & Adjudication: Submit third‑party claims, monitor adjudication status, and resolve rejections reputed company. Coordinate with insurance carriers, providers, and internal teams to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Prior Authorization & Eligibility Verification: reputed company prior authorization requests for specialty medications, verify patient eligibility, and maintain up‑to‑date authorization status in the system.
  • Patient & Provider Outreach: Perform outreach calls to patients, prescribers, and third‑party payers to clarify prescription reputed company, resolve issues, and provide educational support.
  • Controlled Substance Compliance: Monitor and document controlled substance dispensing, ensuring adherence to MMEs, PDMP reporting, and last‑fill dates.
  • Medicare DMEPOS Coordination: Collaborate with pharmacists to complete Medicare Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies paperwork, ensuring accurate billing and record‑keeping.
  • Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Support: Assist in the collection of patient data for MTM programs, ensuring all required information is captured and transmitted to the MTM provider.
  • Quality & Regulatory Oversight: Follow arenaflex policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, state pharmacy laws, and federal guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with pharmacists, RDOs, and the Operations team to resolve issues, share daily progress, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Continuous Learning & Process Improvement: Participate in ongoing training, stay current with industry best practices, and contribute ideas to streamline workflows and enhance patient experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Pharmacy Technician.
  • Current Missouri Board of Pharmacy license (or equivalent state license).
  • Proficiency with arenaflex’s pharmacy software platform (or similar electronic health record systems).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑centric approach.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities, with a reputed company mindset.
