Senior Program Manager III, Quick Commerce - 3PL Integration
<strong>Description<br><br></strong>Amazon’s Quick Commerce organization is exploring a new operating model to expand our network and deliver everyday essentials to customers faster. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to develop and lead our third-party integration strategy, creating a scalable model that enables external partners to secure, launch, and operate Quick Commerce sites.<br><br>This role will own the development of the 3P business plan and proposal, including operating models, financial requirements, partner capabilities, risk assessments, and the mechanisms required to scale. The Senior Program Manager will work across Global Procurement Operations (GPO), Finance, Legal, Operations, Real Estate, Product, and other partner teams to evaluate external benchmarks, assess model trade-offs, and define the path from initial pilot through broader network expansion.<br><br>The ideal candidate can move between strategy and execution. They will build detailed business cases, evaluate complex financial and operational trade-offs, and translate ambiguity into a clear, scalable plan.
