What We Do

Join the Corporate Development Delivery team for one of Fortune’s "100 Best Companies to Work For®".

As a Senior Project Manager within Corporate Development Delivery, apply your project management expertise to lead medium to large, cross-functional initiatives supporting acquisitions, organizational changes, business integrations, and other strategic priorities. Partner with business sponsors, Finance and Accounting leaders, and enterprise functional teams—with a strong Finance and Accounting integration focus—to translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution that supports sustainable business outcomes.

Our team works at the intersection of strategy and execution. We value curiosity, structure in ambiguity, cross-functional trust, constructive challenge, and consistent execution. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems and partnering with senior leaders.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with business sponsors and cross-functional leaders to align priorities, establish governance, and define delivery strategies.
  • Lead discovery of current-state business and accounting processes, identifying requirements, gaps, dependencies, and future-state needs.
  • Coordinate functional teams to define, prepare for, and implement future-state processes and operational changes.
  • Coordinate financial systems and business process integration, working with accountable technology and functional experts to support readiness and transition.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery, defining measurable success criteria and tailoring project management practices to each initiative while managing scope, milestones, dependencies, ownership, risks, issues, and changes.
  • Provide senior leaders with actionable visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Use data and stakeholder feedback to reassess priorities, evaluate trade-offs, remove barriers, and drive resolution or timely escalation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional business readiness, stabilization, and handoff to operational owners.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a business field
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of project governance, methodologies, and enterprise technologies to plan and coordinate effectively.
  • Oracle or comparable enterprise financial systems integration experience preferred.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional business changes or integrations; Finance and Accounting process migration experience preferred.
  • Ability to bridge business needs and technical execution across functional teams.
  • Strong executive communication and influence, including presenting decisions, recommendations, and trade-offs.
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Connect strategic objectives to execution, bringing structure to ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional projects using sound judgment and established governance practices.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and constructively challenge assumptions without direct authority.
