Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented and motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will be part of the Sortation Vertical focused on next generation sortation products, as well as supporting the existing solutions in the field. The TPM will manage the full project lifecycle of innovative programs aimed at improving the efficiency and lowering the cost of Amazon's Fulfillment Centers and Sortation Centers. Key job responsibilities
- Lead the effective and efficient delivery of complex sortation solutions, working across all engineering disciplines.
- Interact with key stakeholders to define and deliver against project goals, including both technical and operational deliverables
- Collaborate cross functionally for extensible solution development and integration. An ideal candidate has experience with complex system design, including experience integrating hardware and software deliverables
- Drive consensus on technical decisions and ensure the appropriate resources are employed to deliver high quality results
- Lead the development and decomposition of comprehensive functional requirements & specifications, partnering with Product Management and Systems Engineering.
- Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at the program level
- Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
- Develop and drive engineering project schedules
- Deliver programs across all engineering disciplines including Hardware, Software, Solutions, Regulatory Compliance, System QA, and Deployment.
- Partner with groups external to the Sortation Team to successfully deliver on project goals
- Triage, prioritize, and execute against incoming requests from the field or partner teams

Basic Qualifications
