Position SummaryFlusso Kitchen & Bath Company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Dallas headquarters. This is a senior-level individual contributor position for someone with strong experience in receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, freight coordination, and warehouse organization. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receiving & Inbound Operations: Receive incoming shipments, verify products and quantities against shipment documentation, identify shortages, overages, damages, or incorrect products, and ensure accurate system entry and put-away.</li><li>Inventory Management: Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, stock reconciliation, location/bin management, and investigation of inventory discrepancies.</li><li>Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Pick, pack, verify, stage, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule while maintaining established quality-control procedures.</li><li>Freight Coordination: Support incoming and outgoing freight shipments, including coordination with carriers and freight forwarders and review of Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, routing information, and other shipping documentation.</li><li>LCL Shipments: Assist with and independently coordinate LCL (Less-than-Container Load) shipments based on experience and assigned responsibility.</li><li>Warehouse Systems: Maintain accurate inventory, receiving, and fulfillment transactions within the company's Warehouse Management
