You will also work closely with global Centers of Excellence to drive innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement across end-to-end logistics processes, deliver cost savings, and shape an optimized logistics network within the region. As the Sr Director Americas Logistics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Developing and executing regional logistics strategies, operating plans, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve service, cost, quality, safety, and compliance objectives. Driving operational excellence across distribution center, transportation, trade, and intercompany operations through performance management, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives Optimizing logistics networks, capabilities, and end-to-end processes through collaboration with global Centers of Excellence, Procurement, and cross-functional business partners. Partnering with Commercial, Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Operations, Finance, Quality, and other stakeholders to support customer commitments, business priorities, and supply chain performance.
