Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated, English‑proficient (C1 level) Virtual Assistants based in Colombia to join our dynamic Customer Service team. This is a full‑remote role with an immediate start date, offering a structured 45‑hour work week, a competitive monthly salary, and performance‑based bonuses. Core Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their customers. Your day‑to‑day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Email Management: Promptly read, prioritize, and respond to inbound emails, ensuring a professional tone and timely resolution.
  • Phone & Video Call Support: Answer incoming calls, schedule and host virtual meetings via reputed company Meet, and provide clear, courteous assistance.
  • Calendar Coordination: Organize appointments, set reminders, and manage conflicts to keep executives and teams on track.
  • Contact List Maintenance: Update and verify client databases, ensuring accuracy for outreach and follow‑up activities.
  • Client Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of client inquiries, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace tools.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest workflow enhancements, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support operations.

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following baseline qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a customer service or virtual assistance capacity.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) – both written and reputed company.
  • Strong command of reputed company Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reputed company Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Forms).
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection of at least 100 Mbps.
  • Own dedicated computer, webcam, and noise‑cancelling headset.
