Warehouse Associate

This is much more than a job – it is a career with purpose.<br><br><strong>The salary range for this role is $17 to $17.50 per hour.*<br><br></strong>Warehouse personnel duties include the unloading of trucks for receiving/processing of incoming stock and materials, picking product from stock and loading picked product onto outbound trucks based on store orders, assisting in product movement within the warehouse for purpose of consolidation and rotation, and maintenance of a clean and safe work area.<br><br><strong>Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Loading and unloading of Aarons inventory on and off trucks </li><li>Product sorting and stocking as directed by management and/or supervisor and in accordance with organizational standards </li><li>May work in any dept. within the warehouse at any time during the day </li><li>No Forklift experience required. May or may not operate equipment, determined by management and operates equipment only with Aarons provided PIT training completion and certification </li><li>Labeling and serialization of product </li><li>Picking and staging of product for shipping as directed and in accordance with generated reports </li><li>Operation of RF scanners as necessary and as directed by management and/or supervisors </li><li>Knowledge of and maintain compliance with Aarons Safety Rules – Training is provided </li><li>Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop.
