Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver

<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p>The Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver supports daily warehouse operations through accurate receiving, organization, staging, and shipment of merchandise. This position primarily performs warehouse responsibilities while also serving as a backup delivery driver based on business demands, workload, and staffing needs. The role requires strong attention to detail, safe work practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Locate, pull and transfer products for daily sales orders, ensuring accuracy between physical inventory and order documentation. </li> <li>Receive, process, organize, and sort serialized and non-serialized products according to company standards.</li> <li>Assist with quality control, inspection, and maintenance of rental inventory and equipment.</li> <li>Prepare, pack, and label merchandise for shipment following company procedures and safety guidelines.</li> <li>Load and unload products safely, with or without the use of carts, pallet jacks, or other approved equipment.</li> <li>Move and organize product within the warehouse to support storage, staging, inventory accuracy, and shipment needs.</li> <li>Serve as a backup delivery driver by operating company vehicles to transport products between locations as needed.</li> <li>Conduct basic vehicle safety inspections and comply with all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work environment.</li> <li>Support warehouse leadership and team members with additional duties as assigned.</li> </ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required. </li> <li>Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.</li> <li>Ability and willingness to operate company vehicles, including cargo vans and box trucks, as needed.</li> <li>Six months previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.</li> <li>Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and warehouse scanning systems preferred.</li> <li>Ability to navigate warehouse locations, locate products accurately, and use RF scanning equipment.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li> <li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Must be available to work overtime.</li> </ul> <p>Compensation: Commensurate with Experience; $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.</p>
