Required Qualifications Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas:
Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology, Business/Management
Must be graduating between August 2027 and June 2029
Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week
Must be willing to work in a plant environment
Preferred Qualifications Highly proficient with Microsoft office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skill ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience
Demonstrated leadership in field of study, extracurricular activities or service organizations
Experience with commodities (metals, stampings, castings, plastics, resins, paint, electronics, etc.

Exposure to logistics, packaging or manufacturing
Knowledge of procurement software and databases

Experience with interpreting market data
Exposure to reading blueprints and understanding basic engineering documents
