Job Overview

  • Position: Remote Healthcare Patient Customer Service Representative
  • Location: Fully reputed company from the comfort of your own home
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (no weekends)
  • Experience: Minimum of one year in medical billing and collections

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking clarification on their EOBs, balances, and payment options.
  • Accurately process patient refunds, payments, and adjustments while maintaining compliance with all payer regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal billing and collections teams to resolve outstanding balances and ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Document all patient interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve patient experience and streamline billing processes.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare reimbursement policies.
