Job Description
The Compensation Lead Consultant is responsible for leading core compensation initiatives and serving as a strategic advisor to internal clients by applying professional judgment, knowledge, and experience. This role will provide compensation consulting to the Personal Property-Liability organization, helping to evolve compensation governance practices, ensure market competitiveness, and align compensation programs with the organization's compensation philosophy and performance objectives.
This individual will lead complex compensation analyses, job evaluations, benchmarking initiatives, and compensation strategy projects while partnering closely with business leaders and Total Rewards stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and innovative solutions that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead compensation functions such as job evaluation, benchmarking, market pricing, and competitive analysis.

Develop and deliver quantitative and qualitative analyses that support business and compensation decisions.

Partner with leaders and stakeholders to provide guidance on compensation philosophy, practices, and programs.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 90,700.00 - 153,925.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
