Crown Castle is seeking a Director to join its Corporate Finance team. The Corporate Finance team is responsible for managing the Company's capital structure, investor relations program, treasury activities, and long-term business forecast. As a leader on the team, the Director will have broad exposure to many of Crown Castle's financial and strategic initiatives. The Director should enjoy working in a fast-paced, strategic role that provides opportunities to interact with various stakeholders internally and externally include the Company's executive leadership team, investors, research analysts and rating agencies.
Responsibilities
- Participate in designing and executing investor relations strategy
- Assist CFO and VP of Corporate Finance in maintaining dialogue with investors and research analysts, communicating our strategy and business performance
- Prepare investor communications and disclosures including quarterly earnings materials
- Develop narratives that investors will understand and find compelling
- Assist with managing rating agency relationships, communicating business and funding strategies
- Maintain relationships with banking partners alongside VP of Corporate Finance
Expectations
- Executive presence, composed with a clear thought process and strong logical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written form
- Ability to navigate complex, nuanced and ambiguous situations

To optimize collaboration, relationship building, and key stakeholder engagement, this role aligns to a 4:1 hybrid model which is in office Monday-Thursday with the option for remote work on Fridays.

Compensation The salary range offered for this position is $191000 - $240000 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
