Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution

As a live chat support advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for arenaflex’s customers visiting our web platform. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding promptly to incoming chat messages, ensuring a maximum response time of 2 minutes during peak hours
  • Providing accurate information on order status, product features, login procedures, and basic troubleshooting steps
  • Escalating complex technical or policy questions to the appropriate specialist teams using our internal ticketing system
  • Maintaining a high customer satisfaction score by following arenaflex’s customer‑centric communication guidelines

Utilizing Templates & AI‑Powered Suggestions

To streamline your workflow and maintain consistency, you’ll have access to a curated library of pre‑written replies. Your tasks will involve:

  • Selecting the most relevant template for each inquiry and customizing it with the customer’s name and specific details
  • Leveraging AI‑generated text suggestions to craft concise, friendly responses when no template fits perfectly
  • Updating templates and knowledge‑base articles based on recurring customer questions or new product features

Quality Assurance & Documentation

  • Document key details of each chat session in our CRM, including any actions taken and follow‑up steps required
  • Review and flag any recurring issues that may indicate a broader product or service problem

Essential Qualifications

  • No prior customer support experience required
  • No college degree or formal certifications needed
  • Basic computer literacy and comfortable navigating web browsers and chat platforms
  • Strong written communication skills with impeccable grammar and punctuation
