Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator

Working closely with our creative lead, you’ll turn brand direction into finished materials and keep projects, orders, and communications moving. Your work will allow creative leadership to focus on the overall brand vision, visual identity, and larger initiatives.<br><br>We’re looking for someone who brings ideas, takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys both designing the work and organizing the details behind it.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><strong>Graphic Design & Brand Execution<br><br></strong><ul><li>Design flyers, brochures, postcards, presentations, banners, signage, recruiting materials, and internal communications.</li><li>Create graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital displays.</li><li>Design branded apparel, company swag, employee recognition items, and promotional merchandise.</li><li>Adapt approved designs across brands, facilities, sizes, and formats while maintaining consistency.</li><li>Build reusable templates for recurring requests and routine facility communications.</li><li>Prepare production-ready artwork, proofread content, and review vendor proofs before final approval.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Content, Social Media & Digital Support<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop content ideas for facility highlights, employee spotlights, healthcare recognition days, events, and brand campaigns.</li><li>Write captions, headlines, and concise marketing copy that reflect each brand’s voice.</li><li>Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with facility teams to collect photos, updates, and stories.</li><li>Prepare and schedule approved social media posts, track basic engagement, and suggest opportunities to improve content.</li><li>Assist with photography, photo editing, short-form video, and organizing footage from events and facility visits.</li><li>Support routine website content updates, including photos, flyers, announcements, and facility information.</li><li>Help turn longer videos or recordings into short clips and promotional content.
