You will develop a dealer network and own high-volume retail customer relationships, make regular visits to check merchandising, train new associates, reconcile inventory counts, and solve operational issues on the spot. You’ll be the first call for store leaders in receiving, lawn & garden, and power equipment, coordinating deliveries and product setups during peak seasons. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, communicates clearly face-to-face, excels at developing new business relationships, and enjoys hands-on problem-solving. To succeed, you must self-manage a new business pipeline and rolling visit plan, capture crisp visit recaps, and drive market-level improvements with store and internal partners.
