What You’ll Do
+ Lead defined work streams within assigned capability domains; partner with cross- functional teams to uncover current-state challenges and shape future-state capability recommendations.
+ Translate stakeholder discovery into clear business requirements by documenting current-state processes, pain points, business rules, dependencies, user needs, capability requirements, and decision points.
+ Identify process, technology, workflow, automation, innovation, and operating-model improvement opportunities; develop practical recommendations that improve scalability, efficiency, speed, and marketing effectiveness.
+ Research platforms, vendors, emerging capabilities, and market trends; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations that inform capability design, tool evaluation, and enterprise marketing goals.
