Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Paralegals and Legal Assistants to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinate technical and operational activities throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, quality control, reporting, and delivery.
  2. Consult with stakeholders to define requirements, develop project strategies, evaluate technology options, and implement efficient workflows aligned with project objectives.
  3. Monitor project activities, coordinate internal and external resources, track milestones and deliverables, and provide regular status reports and performance metrics.
  4. Provide technical support, training, documentation, process improvement, and issue resolution while ensuring established procedures and quality standards are consistently followed.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

5+ years of experience supporting complex technical projects, case management, litigation support, eDiscovery, or related operational environments, with the ability to work independently on projects of significant size and complexity.

Technical Skills

Project coordination, requirements analysis, workflow management, data management, quality control, reporting and metrics, technical documentation, process improvement, stakeholder management, training and knowledge transfer

Business / Domain Skills

  1. Experience providing eDiscovery and litigation support for cases of similar size and complexity with minimal supervision.
  2. Hands-on experience with Relativity or RelativityOne, including complex searches, batching and quality control workflows, workspace management, and reporting.
  3. Experience developing and implementing eDiscovery strategies covering data collection, processing, document review, document production, and trial support.
  4. Experience advising legal teams on early case assessment, search and culling strategies, document review, analytics, ESI specifications, and production requirements.
  5. Experience managing litigation holds, review workflows, complex queries, production quality control, user access requests, and coordination with vendors or internal resource teams.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

  1. Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and quality assurance practices.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex technical requirements.
