This is a fully remote, part‑time position (34 hours per week) with a flexible schedule between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm CST, reputed company through Friday. Core Responsibilities

Primary Data Entry Tasks

  • Accurately transcribe information from insurance claims and authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers into arenaflex’s proprietary imaging and claims management software.
  • Maintain a minimum typing speed of 8,200 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) while achieving a 98 % accuracy rate on all entries.
  • Identify and differentiate between various claim types (e.g., medical, dental, pharmacy) and follow the specific data entry guidelines reputed company with each type.
  • Recognize documents that require special handling—such as supplemental forms, supporting medical records, or flagged items—and process them according to established protocols.

Daily Workflow Management

  • Navigate arenaflex’s imaging software efficiently to locate, retrieve, and verify claim documents before entry.
  • Prioritize work queues to meet client‑specified turnaround times, ensuring that high‑priority claims are processed first.
  • Collaborate with teammates in real‑time chat and video calls to resolve ambiguities, share best practices, and maintain a seamless workflow.
