Looking for Dependable People Who Enjoy Talking to People

We're a family-owned company that has been serving customers for more than 30 years, and we're looking for 2–3 dependable people to join our team.

If you enjoy talking with people, have a positive attitude, and are looking for steady part-time work with an opportunity to earn more through your performance, we'd love to meet you.

You don't need years of call center experience or a perfect resume to succeed here.

Some of our best employees started with no experience at all.

What matters most to us is that you show up, take pride in your work, treat people with respect, and are willing to learn.

We'll teach you the job. You bring the attitude and work ethic.

What You'll Be Doing

This is an inbound customer service and sales position.

Our customers call us because they're interested in learning more about the services we offer.

No cold calling. No knocking on doors.

Your job is to answer their questions, explain our trial services, and help them take the next step.

During a typical shift, you'll:

  • Answer incoming calls from interested customers
  • Explain our services and available trial offers
  • Help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Turn customer inquiries into sales
  • Accurately enter customer information into our computer system
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Work alongside an experienced team that wants you to succeed

This position combines customer service with sales. We want people who genuinely enjoy helping customers but are also comfortable asking for the sale.

Who We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who knows everything on their first day.

We're looking for someone we can count on.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Show up on time and take your responsibilities seriously
  • Enjoy talking with people and building rapport
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Are comfortable using a computer
  • Can follow instructions and accept constructive feedback
  • Are motivated to improve your performance
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Can consistently work Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful, but it's not required.

Reliability, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn matter more to us than what's on your resume.

Pay & Benefits

$17.00–$25.00 per hour

  • Performance-based earning opportunities
  • Paid training
  • Employee discounts
  • Consistent Monday–Friday schedule
  • No weekends
  • No late nights
  • Approximately 30 hours per week
  • Ongoing training and support
  • Opportunity for long-term employment

We believe people who work hard, take care of customers, and contribute to the success of our team should have the opportunity to increase their earnings.

A Family-Owned Business That Still Believes in People

We've been in business for more than 30 years, and we're proud of the team we've built.

We're not a large corporate call center where you're just another employee number.

We're a family-owned business where people know your name, your contributions matter, and your work is appreciated.

Many of our employees have been with us for years.

We believe in treating people with respect, providing the training they need to succeed, and creating an environment where everyone has an opportunity to improve.

We expect our team members to work hard, be dependable, and take care of our customers.

In return, we provide a supportive workplace, consistent hours, and an opportunity to build valuable skills while earning a steady income.

Our philosophy is simple: We want every person who works with us to leave better than when they arrived.

Ready to Join Our Team?

We're currently looking to add 2–3 new team members to our Smyrna office.

If you're looking for dependable part-time work, enjoy talking with people, and want to be part of a family-owned business that values its employees, we'd like to hear from you.

To apply:

Submit your resume and include a few sentences telling us about yourself, why you're interested in this position, and what would make you a great addition to our team.

We personally review every application and look forward to getting to know you.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week

Benefits:

  • On-the-job training

Work Location: In person
