Permanent Los Angeles or New York

We’re looking for a Partner Manager to join Spotify’s Content Partnerships team and build meaningful relationships with creators across Lifestyle & Wellness. You’ll be a trusted partner to creators, helping them understand their performance, develop their audiences, adopt Spotify products, and find new opportunities to grow.

You’ll bring a strong understanding of video, podcasts, and the broader creator ecosystem. You’ll combine creator relationships, data, and sound judgment to help shape how Spotify supports creators across Lifestyle & Wellness, with a particular focus on Fitness.

What You'll Do

    • Manage relationships with a portfolio of Spotify creators across Lifestyle & Wellness, helping them grow their presence and audiences on Spotify.
    • Support the growth of Fitness on Spotify by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-value and high-potential creators and video content.
    • Develop a deep understanding of creators’ businesses and goals, connecting them with Spotify products, programs, and opportunities that can deliver meaningful value.
    • Use performance data and audience insights to advise creators on content strategy, audience development, and opportunities for growth.
    • Help shape Spotify’s creator strategy and partner approach for Fitness by bringing forward creator insights, opportunities, and ideas as the space evolves.
    • Develop and test new ways to support and engage creators, identifying successful approaches that can scale across the broader creator ecosystem.
    • Collaborate with teams across Spotify to support priority creators, increase adoption of relevant products and features, and advance partner and company initiatives.
    • Bring creator feedback, portfolio trends, and quantitative and qualitative insights back into Spotify to help inform content and product strategy.
Who You Are
    • You have 5+ years of partner-facing experience in creator or talent relations, account management, business development, or a related field within an audio, video, social, talent management, or creator-focused organization.
    • You have established relationships with podcasters and/or video creators and understand how to build trusted, long-term creator partnerships.
    • You understand the audio, video, social, and creator landscape, including emerging formats and trends across Lifestyle, Wellness, and Fitness.
    • You identify opportunities, develop ideas, and move work forward in areas where the path may not yet be fully defined.
    • You use quantitative and qualitative insights to develop a point of view, make recommendations, and inform partner strategy.
    • You communicate clearly and build credibility with creators, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • You’re excited by the evolution of podcasts, video, and creator-led content and curious about how audiences discover and engage with it.
    • You know how to balance high-quality partner support with prioritization and scalable ways of working.
Where You'll Be
    • This role can be based in Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY
    • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in-person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.
