Role Overview

As a Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be the frontline advocate for gig workers navigating our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support through live chat, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression and resolves the worker’s concern efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
