Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, results‑oriented Remote Customer Retention & Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is the frontline of arenaflex’s commitment to customer loyalty. You will engage callers who are considering canceling their arenaflex services, uncover the root causes of their concerns, and present tailored solutions that keep them protected while delivering measurable revenue growth.

This is a fully reputed company‑from‑anywhere opportunity, with a brief, paid, on‑site training period in Wichita, KS (8‑12 weeks). After training, you will operate from the comfort of your own dedicated home office, using arenaflex’s state‑of‑the‑art platforms to deliver award‑winning service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retention Calls: Answer a high volume of inbound cancellation requests, listen actively, and diagnose the underlying issues.
  • Solution Design: Leverage arenaflex’s product suite—monitoring plans, smart‑home devices, and service upgrades—to craft personalized offers that address each customer’s needs.
  • Upsell & Cross‑Sell: Identify opportunities to introduce additional arenaflex services that enhance safety and convenience, thereby increasing average revenue per account.
  • De‑Escalation: Apply empathy, patience, and proven conflict‑resolution techniques to turn frustrated callers into satisfied, long‑term partners.
