This is a remote position.<br><br>Remote Reservations Customer Service Agent – Travel & Hospitality<br><br><strong>Living for Tomorrow is currently accepting applications for a remote reservations and customer service opportunity supporting a major travel and hospitality program.<br><br></strong>This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping customers plan memorable experiences, can manage detailed reservation information, and delivers patient, friendly service in a fast-paced remote environment.<br><br><strong>Compensation<br><br></strong><strong>Production Pay:</strong> $11.00 per hour / $5.50 per 30-minute interval<br><br><strong>Certification Pay:</strong> $7.00 per hour<br><br>Agents work as independent contractors and select available servicing intervals based on program availability and servicing requirements.<br><br>What You’ll Do<br><br>Agents may assist customers with:<br><br><ul><li>Creating, confirming, and managing reservations </li><li>Lodging and accommodation questions </li><li>Dining-related requests </li><li>Ticket and package questions </li><li>Air and travel-related reservation support </li><li>Availability and pricing inquiries </li><li>Promotions and package information </li><li>Dietary and special requests </li><li>VIP arrangements </li><li>Resolving guest concerns professionally </li><li>Providing detailed information so customers can make informed travel decisions <br><br></li></ul>Servicing Availability<br><br>Servicing intervals are available:<br><br><strong>365 days per year<br><br></strong><strong>7:00 AM–11:00 PM ET<br><br></strong>The most availability is typically on:<br><br><strong>Saturday, Sunday, and Monday<br><br></strong>Agents must be able to service:<br><br><strong>5 hours / 10 intervals on Saturdays and/or Sundays, or a combination of both<br><br></strong>During the Certification SOW, agents must service at least <strong>10 hours / 20 intervals per week</strong>, including the required weekend intervals.<br><br>Certification Schedule<br><br><strong>Certification Dates:</strong> September 28, 2026–October 29, 2026<br><br><strong>Monday–Friday<br><br></strong><strong>9:00 AM–1:00 PM ET<br><br></strong>There is <strong>no class on October 12, 2026.<br><br></strong>First-day attendance is mandatory, and consistent participation throughout certification is strongly encouraged.<br><br>Certification Requirements<br><br>Successful certification includes:<br><br><ul><li>Maintaining a 90% cumulative average on required knowledge checks and assessments </li><li>Achieving at least 90% on required certification calls </li><li>Completing all required coursework </li><li>Participating in assigned role-play activities </li><li>Completing the required Security Awareness course and achieving at least 85% </li><li>Meeting required servicing and performance expectations <br><br></li></ul>A webcam is required during certification activities.<br><br>Equipment Requirements<br><br>Agents must have:<br><br><ul><li>Windows 11 computer with all updates completed </li><li>Operating system set to English </li><li>Hardwired USB VOIP headset </li><li>Wireless headsets are not permitted </li><li>Smartphone or tablet capable of running a security-token application </li><li>Webcam for certification </li><li>Equipment capable of successfully completing required PC scans <br><br></li></ul>Performance Expectations<br><br>Agents are expected to maintain:<br><br><ul><li>Commitment Adherence: 90% or higher </li><li>Guest Satisfaction: 88% or higher in production </li><li>Average Handle Time: 570 seconds or less in production </li><li>Quality Assurance: 90% or higher </li><li>Strong accuracy, professionalism, and customer-service standards <br><br></li></ul>Screening & Enrollment Requirements<br><br>This opportunity requires:<br><br><ul><li>Background check </li><li>Photo ID verification <br><br></li></ul>Additional eligibility restrictions apply based on prior program history, current enrollments, servicing performance, and certain conflicting travel-industry relationships.<br><br>Ideal Candidate<br><br>You may be a strong fit if you:<br><br><ul><li>Enjoy travel, hospitality, or reservation-based customer service </li><li>Communicate warmly and professionally </li><li>Have strong attention to detail </li><li>Can remain patient during complicated customer situations </li><li>Are comfortable navigating multiple systems </li><li>Can follow detailed procedures and workflows </li><li>Have a dependable home workspace </li><li>Can consistently meet scheduled servicing commitments </li><li>Are comfortable being on camera during certification activities <br><br></li></ul>Ready to Start Your Remote Journey?<br><br>If you enjoy helping customers plan experiences and want a structured remote opportunity with training and support, apply with Living for Tomorrow to begin the qualification process.<br><br><strong>Living for Tomorrow — Remote Opportunities.
