  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Identify the nature of each query—whether it’s product information, order status, payment issues, or technical glitches—and provide accurate, step‑by‑step solutions.
  • Guided Purchasing Assistance: Assist prospective buyers by highlighting product features, recommending complementary items, and gently nudging them toward checkout while respecting their buying journey.
