WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop and grow a pipeline of prospective homeowners through a mix of self-sourced outreach and inbound leads. Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation through signed agreement. Deliver consultative presentations that connect homeowner goals to Avari's capabilities in revenue management, marketing distribution, and property care. Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs and a great homeowner experience from day one.
Maintain organized pipeline and activity records in HubSpot to stay on top of your opportunities and support accurate forecasting. Represent Avari professionally in your market and build a reputation as a trusted local resource for homeowners. HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED Sales Executives are supported with regular coaching and clear performance expectations from day one. We want you to succeed, and we invest in giving you the tools and feedback to do that. Performance is tracked through a combination of activity metrics and production outcomes.
