Our product is an unannounced game on the Unreal Engine built by a team with veterans from many popular titles like EverQuest, PlanetSide, H1Z1, and Free Realms.

What You'll Do:
· Design, develop and support content creation tools using C++, python, C# to support
Unreal Engine workflows.

· Give technical guidance to a team of other developers to build high quality tools.
· Ensure that the game and tools are tightly integrated into multiple hardware platforms and ecosystems--making sure that game assets conform to each platform's strengths and limitations.
· Monitor, measure, and improve developer iteration time.
· Proactively identify and solve problems that affect the quality of life for developers.
· Be an advocate for players and developers: Insist on the highest standards, drive to operational excellence, help create functional and engaging customer-centric features.**

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, working on multi-discipline teams.
· Experience with tool development for workflow improvement and content creation for games.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience using Unreal Engine
· 5+ years of game development experience.
· At least two shipped game titles (or equivalent) on which you were a primary contributor to major tools and workflow architecture and implementation.
