Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Member Care Representative III, you will be the frontline guardian of arenaflex’s customer experience. Your role blends advanced problem‑solving with empathetic communication, ensuring every policyholder receives swift, accurate, and courteous service.

  • reputed company moderately to highly complex inbound calls from policyholders, agents, third parties, and business partners regarding insurance products.
  • Streamline interactions to reduce callbacks, creating a hassle‑free experience for callers.
  • Utilize all available resources to execute policy changes, answer policy and billing inquiries, process payments, and provide requested documentation.
  • Complete and process all necessary forms, following up for missing documents to facilitate requested changes.
