We are seeking a Sales & Account Manager with experience in the BPO industry, capable of generating new business opportunities while managing and expanding relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, and maximizing client value through strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development (New Logo Acquisition)
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the Italian market.
Build and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals, and market intelligence.
Lead client presentations, solution proposals, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Account Management & Client Growth

Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, focusing on retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.

Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.

Existing network within the Italian market.
