Social Media Virtual Assistant for Content Creator — Amazon + Brand Management

I’m a full time content creator looking for a reliable and resourceful virtual assistant to help me manage the behind-the-scenes side of my creator business.

You do not need to have experience with every platform I use. I’m happy to teach you my systems and provide tutorials/resources. However, you should be comfortable with social media and online platforms, learn new software quickly, and be able to problem-solve independently.

Potential responsibilities will include:

• Uploading existing TikTok videos to my Amazon storefront using Repurpose.io

• Reviewing products in Scaled Creator and making sure videos are linked to the correct Amazon products

• Uploading new content that I create

• Amazon product research

• Reviewing and accepting relevant campaigns

• Helping manage Amazon brand deals

• Other creator-business administrative tasks as we grow

Important: I will NOT give you all of these responsibilities immediately.

We’ll start with one task at a time. I’ll teach you the process, give you time to learn it, and once you’re comfortable handling it independently, I’ll gradually add additional responsibilities.

Who I’m looking for

You’d be a great fit if you:

• Are comfortable navigating social media and learning new platforms

• Catch onto new systems quickly

• Are organized and pay attention to details

• Are dependable and communicate clearly

• Know how to Google/search for answers and use available resources

• Can troubleshoot small problems before immediately asking me what to do

• Are comfortable using AI/tools to help research solutions when appropriate

• Can follow an SOP/tutorial but also use common sense

• Are interested in growing into a longer-term role

You also need to have a laptop available where you can access Google Chrome

I absolutely expect questions while you’re learning. What I don’t want is someone who needs step-by-step instructions for every small decision indefinitely. I’m looking for someone who can eventually take ownership of these processes and make my workload lighter.
