Specialist, ABM Platform Operations – Demandbase, Marketo

Job Description:

  • Build and QA Demandbase audiences, segments, account lists, keyword intent sets, and journey stages
  • Configure orchestration, including trigger logic, suppression rules, and exclusion states
  • Own campaign codes and intake, including naming conventions and tracking parameters
  • Maintain current platform documentation and runbooks
  • Monitor configuration drift and correct issues before live campaigns
  • Stand up the DB1 Sales pilot through user provisioning, guardrails, onboarding, and support
  • Monitor credit consumption and usage against pilot allotments
  • Collect and document pilot feedback before wider sales rollout
  • Partner with SDR and BD leadership on adoption, training, and feedback loops
  • Build and QA LinkedIn Campaign Manager campaigns, including Demandbase audience synchronization
  • Maintain Insight Tag integrity across landing pages and thank-you pages
  • Produce Campaign Manager performance reporting and reconcile it against invoiced spend
  • Validate list pulls and audience loads against the account universe
  • Verify tag and tracking integrity across landing pages with web and marketing automation owners
  • Supply engagement, intent, and coverage data to the reporting layer
  • Report to the Sr. Manager, Performance Marketing, North America Marketing

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on ABM or marketing operations platform experience, or a strong recent graduate with demonstrable platform exposure
  • Hands-on build experience in Demandbase preferred; 6sense, Terminus, or HubSpot operations experience acceptable
  • Certification in marketing and sales platforms; Demandbase certification preferred
  • Marketo, Salesforce, or comparable marketing automation certification a strong plus
  • Working knowledge of Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI, with demonstrated use in list building, documentation, QA, and analysis
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce objects, campaign members, and lead versus contact
  • Fluency with UTM and campaign-code conventions
  • Ability to produce a runbook or SOP written by the candidate
  • Detail orientation and focus on build correctness
  • Fluency in English required
  • Basic Salesforce reporting and dashboard reading preferred
  • Intent-data familiarity and experience with account tiering models preferred
  • Exposure to a B2B services or technology environment with a long sales cycle preferred
  • Must be located within the US or Canada
  • Must be eligible to work in the US and Canada without sponsorship
