Develop and implement strategies for managing customer fees and rebates in alignment with company goals and objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to make informed decisions on pricing and fee structures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely calculation and payment of customer fees and rebates. Analyze data and financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Lead and mentor a team of pricing and finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for customer fee and rebate management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities related to customer fees and rebates. Communicate with senior management on pricing strategies, performance metrics, and key insights. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to streamline fee and rebate management and increase efficiency. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on pricing and fee-related matters to internal teams and external stakeholders. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies that support business objectives and drive revenue growth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of customer fees and rebates to support decision-making processes.
