Sr Personal Loans Analyst

About the position

The Sr Personal Loans Analyst plays a key role in driving performance across Happen Bank's Personal Loans business, supporting core offer programs like TopUp, Refinance, and Pre-Approved offers alongside emerging growth initiatives. This role partners closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Finance to turn data into action, helping the team move faster and smarter on what's working and what's not. • Help develop and roll out new offer features and program enhancements, including pricing, fees, eligibility, and customer experience improvements
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Finance to keep delivery on track against shared goals
  • Analyze performance data to surface trends, flag issues, and identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and program effectiveness
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that make performance easy to monitor and act on, using AI tools where they help speed up analysis or surface insights faster
  • Support test-and-learn experimentation by helping design analyses, track results, and translate findings into next steps
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recurring analyses or reporting workflows, bringing new tools and approaches to the team where useful

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, consulting, or a related analytical role; bachelor's degree in a related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights

  • You collaborate well across teams and adjust your approach based on feedback and context
  • Clear, concise communicator who can present data and insights in a way that drives decisions
  • Curious and motivated to learn the unsecured lending ecosystem
  • Bias toward action, with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through

  • Prior exposure to lending, credit, or offer/pricing strategy

  • medical, dental and vision plans for employees and their families
  • 401(k) match
  • health and wellness programs
  • flexible time off policies for salaried employees
